Average Positive Costa Rica

Recruiter set things up quickly and was responsive throughout, and the whole process took me about a month end to end. I went through four interviews, all fairly direct, and they were structured like a short series of conversations rather than anything drawn out.

One interview was with the hiring manager, then I had a separate technical interview. After that, I did two more discussions with senior team members from TAM groups. Even though there was a technical step in the middle, the overall tone stayed conversational, and I didn’t feel like I was being cornered.

Difficult Neutral Auckland, Auckland

I went through an exhausting interview process that felt both taxing and intricate. Each stage demanded thorough preparation, and the mix of technical evaluations and behavioral discussions made it clear they were looking for more than just one-dimensional answers.

The overall difficulty was very high, and the process itself reinforced that the company had a strong commitment to selecting candidates it considered truly exceptional. Even with all the work, I didn’t end up with an offer. What stayed with me was how intense the process felt from start to finish—hard in a very deliberate way.
