My experience started normally enough, with the early stages coming across as professional—recruiter outreach and then time spent in calls or final steps with hiring folks. I reached the later stages and it felt like I was finally at the finish line, so I expected at least a decision or some minimal feedback.
Instead, communication fell apart right after the last round. I waited and waited while the portal just went quiet, and eventually my status changed without any real contact. I didn’t receive anything helpful like a basic explanation, and when I tried to follow up, I only got more silence. Another time, I was asked to record responses to pre-set questions and then never heard back from anyone, even though the whole point was for the company to review my answers.
