Average Negative Alphen aan den Rijn

My experience felt messy from the start. After applying in the Netherlands, I went through three rounds of interviews over about a month and a half, and the questions felt extremely vague. I couldn’t really tell what role or project they were hiring for, and it seemed like they were looking for work to be defined later rather than hiring for something concrete.

Technically, the questions also felt odd—like they didn’t match the job role I thought I was interviewing for. I also had the sense that even basic process clarity was missing: I didn’t know who my manager would be, what I’d be doing day to day, or what the plan was supposed to be.

Easy Negative The Hague

I had a recruiter interview that started late, and after it ended they told me I’d move to the next stage. But the recruiter never followed through and I didn’t hear anything again.

That silence stretched out long enough that it stopped feeling like a normal delay. I didn’t get an offer, and what stuck with me was how quickly the process turned into complete radio silence after they said I’d be invited forward.
