The difficulty felt average overall, and what stood out most was how “corporate” and coordinated it was. I didn’t have the usual messy back-and-forth; HR stayed in touch, communicated clearly, and made scheduling easy. On the day of the interview, the interviewer’s tone was polite and patient, and the conversation felt more like an exchange than a strict interrogation, which helped me settle in and think through my answers.

From there, it moved into multiple rounds—two technical-style discussions and then an HR conversation at the end.
Even though the difficulty was described as average, the experience itself felt like too many rounds for the compensation, and it stayed “taxing on the mind.” When I got to the interview stage, it didn’t really center tightly on role-specific expectations. Instead, the questions I faced were quite dependent on who took the interview, and in my case the focus was basically broad and not very tailored to the exact skills they claimed to need.
