Difficult Positive India

My interview journey felt pretty structured compared to what I’d heard about other processes. It started with a recruiter call, and then shortly after I took a proctored HackerEarth test with a shared video call link where I had to keep the camera on and mute as instructed. Once that was done, the next rounds followed in sequence.

What I appreciated most was that the later discussions focused on my background in a practical way—what I had done day to day in past roles, my responsibilities, and how I described my daily work. The technical parts leaned into core Java topics, and I remember a mix of core concepts with some data-structures-and-algorithms content as well. When it came to client-facing rounds, I felt supported and the interviewers seemed decent and engaged.
