Easy Positive India

My interviews had that two-step AI-first pattern. I started with an AI-assisted interview, where I introduced myself and then the questions pulled directly from my resume after the resume was uploaded. The early questions were mostly basics, including topics like dependency injection along with other foundational concepts.

Then I moved to a more traditional technical interview. That second stage focused on how I’d think about real-world systems—microservices, APIs, and also the architecture of how parts fit together. There was a lot of emphasis on core concepts rather than obscure edge cases, and I walked away feeling like the AI screen was the lighter, more controlled portion, while the technical interview tested whether I could connect those basics to actual project-style thinking.

Difficult Negative Pune

This one started with an in-person weekend drive plan that felt badly organized from the moment I arrived. I was told to report at 9am, and I ended up sitting idle until around 1pm with no snacks, even though multiple people had traveled from far away. They mentioned the rounds would be on the same day, and the schedule sounded arranged up front—but near the middle of the day things didn’t match what I was told.

At 1pm, the process shifted and the panel wasn’t available, so the remaining part became virtual and only one round happened that day. The way people were called didn’t follow a first-come, first-served flow either, and it came across as random. By the end, instead of a clean set of interviews, they gave us a paper-and-pen assessment with a hard-style leet code problem.
