After a recruiter call to talk through my background and what I was hoping to get from the role, the process moved into a more technical set of interviews. My understanding was that it would stay organized and reasonably balanced, and it did: there was a technical discussion that mixed coding with system design and also pulled in details about a couple of my past projects.
The interviewers felt professional and straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough that I could focus on the substance rather than guessing what they wanted. I also had a behavioral round that felt structured, similar to a STAR-style conversation, so I had to tell specific stories tied to the questions they asked. Overall it felt respectful, though the feedback didn’t come as quickly as I expected, so the waiting part stretched out the experience.

Easy Negative Bengaluru
My interview ended up feeling messy and drawn out in the wrong way. I had multiple “drives” scheduled back-to-back in a single day—one was set for 9:00 but didn’t really start until later, and there was another drive scheduled for the afternoon that I ended up canceling because the HR timing was unprofessional.
The actual technical journey still sounded fairly standard on paper: the first round was a high-level design exercise built around something like a ticketing system, and the second round went more into low-level design by asking me to explain the architecture of a system I’d designed previously. Then the virtual component included two discussions with the CTO.
