My interview journey felt very organized and standardized, and it started to look that way the moment I hit the superday. I went through HireVue first, and then about a week later I was in a final, in-person round that was three interviews at roughly 30 minutes each—two technical sessions and one behavioral. The whole thing ran cleanly and the interviewers kept a familiar rhythm.

The superday technicals were centered on accounting and ratio-style concepts, including questions around debt and equity-related thinking. They didn’t feel like elite-boutique technical torture, but they did go deep enough that I had to stay sharp and follow the logic carefully. The behavioral portion was pretty traditional and focused more on how I’d handled situations than on anything overly creative.
