What is an Account Executive at Weights & Biases?
An Account Executive at Weights & Biases is not a traditional software sales representative. Because Weights & Biases provides the leading developer-first MLOps platform used by machine learning engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers, this role requires a unique blend of deep technical curiosity and enterprise sales acumen. You are responsible for bringing our suite of developer tools—ranging from experiment tracking and model registry to LLM evaluation—to some of the most sophisticated engineering organizations in the world.
The impact of this role is massive. You will be helping organizations build, scale, and optimize their artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Your customers are building self-driving cars, advanced generative AI models, and life-saving healthcare algorithms. To earn their trust, you must be able to speak their language, understand their workflows, and demonstrate how our platform streamlines their development lifecycle.
This is a highly strategic and consultative position. You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles that involve security reviews, infrastructure discussions, and hands-on proof-of-concepts. You will work closely with our internal Solutions Engineers and Product teams to ensure that enterprise customers can seamlessly integrate Weights & Biases into their existing machine learning pipelines and hybrid-cloud environments.
