I started with an initial screening conversation where we talked through my background and the role, and it quickly turned into a discussion about fit and expectations. From there, I went through multiple rounds with senior and practice leadership, including a conversation that focused on my specific experience and how I’d work with clients day to day. The interviewers were generally nice, but it also felt a bit tougher than I’d expected overall.
The hardest part for me was the writing component. Depending on the round, it came up as a formal test rather than something casual, and it genuinely threw me more than the verbal interviews did. Across the discussions, I was asked to explain prior experience, including client management and campaign work, and to connect my past work to what the team was looking for.
