I started normally: a recruiter call and a 1:1 went fine, and the early scheduling felt routine. But the momentum collapsed once I reached the panel stage. My panel got rescheduled multiple times, including one day where I was already sitting in the waiting room and hadn’t heard anything for a while.
Eventually, after about fifteen minutes of waiting and then being effectively left hanging, I was kicked out because the interviewer never showed. It was the least professional experience I’d had in an interview process, and it left me with no confidence that the process was being run with care.
