A recruiter reached out and scheduled a brief 15-minute call the next day. That first conversation was purely introductory—more about the role and company policies than any technical discussion. I was told I’d hear about the next round before the end of the week, which I took as a good sign.
After that, there was basically no follow-up. I didn’t receive any message about scheduling the next interviews, and when the week passed I sent an email to ask about status. I still got no reply. The silence dragged on long enough that I stopped expecting the process to move forward.
