After I applied, I ended up doing a recruiter-style conversation first, then moved into interviews focused mostly on behavior and fit. Across the rounds, they walked through my background and asked how I’d handled teamwork and prior situations, with the expectation that I knew my resume well and could explain my decisions clearly. The tone felt laid-back and respectful, and I was given real time to ask questions at the end.

There were a few touches of technical context, but it didn’t feel like problem-solving. I was asked about tools and technical experience mentioned on my resume (things like Excel work, including examples such as pivot tables and lookup functions, and other work I’d done), and when technical came up it was more about what I knew in each area rather than crunching through a live scenario. Overall, the process felt like a set of structured conversations—fair, relevant to the role, and geared toward understanding how I’d work day to day.
