My interviews followed a very clear, staged flow where the work itself came first. I had to complete a use-case and submit it over email, and then the main technical portion focused on JavaScript fundamentals plus React with real-world scenarios. That segment also touched Next.js and other front-end tools.
After the technical work, there was a design round where I had to think more broadly about structure and decisions rather than only code. The final step was an HR round. The whole sequence felt like it was evaluating both how I handled practical front-end scenarios and how I reasoned about design at a higher level, and it ended without me getting an offer.

My early experience started with a recruiter who seemed responsive at first. After an initial HR round, I was given a coding assignment and then moved into a technical interview with a software developer and a team lead. The technical part felt normal in difficulty, and during the discussion the team lead told me my assignment solution was the best they had seen so far, which made me feel genuinely encouraged.
After that, there was a values interview with the hiring manager that went well and left a strong impression. We also discussed salary, and I remember talking through compensation early in the process. Then things turned messy: they renegotiated later in a way that felt unprofessional to me, and ultimately the offer went to someone else. I was then ghosted after that, and the whole sequence left me feeling like my time had been wasted.
