I started with a video interview that had a group format: I was placed in a group of five and we were given a case-study component. Part of the session required us to prepare and deliver a group presentation, and after we presented, the interviewers asked questions specifically about what we had said.
What stood out to me was that after the presentation, we were asked questions where one of the interview prompts was essentially “do your homework on the company.” None of us could answer the point they raised, and that moment made the whole round feel a bit tougher than I expected. After that, the group portion ended and I moved into separate one-on-one video interviews.

I applied online and then went through an online HireVue-style video interview. It included some logic questions plus short prompts that asked about my motivations and past experience. If I passed that, the next stage was an in-person assessment centre that felt structured and clearly thought out.
At the assessment centre, the day started with a group exercise where we were given some material to work through and then we had to analyse it and come up with recommendations. After that, I went into an individual behavioural interview. Later, I had to deliver an individual presentation after a preparation period, and the assessors asked follow-up questions based on what I presented. Overall, the vibe stayed positive throughout the day, and I remember leaving the office with a good impression of Vodafone.
