My experience was dominated less by the technical content and more by how the process stalled and how communication fell apart. I started with HR outreach that scheduled an onsite technical interview after they called to set it up again. After the onsite technical discussion—where they focused on my recent projects—I waited for the next step, and eventually HR reached out for an HR interview that didn’t go smoothly. The HR conversation felt unprofessional and repetitive; one question got asked twice, and the tone felt rushed.
The bigger issue came after that. I followed up repeatedly because I never received a clear acceptance or rejection email, and the status basically stayed in limbo. In a separate process, I also went through an online logic quiz and a recorded video interview, but then three months passed with no response or feedback. When I finally found the right contact channel and asked, I was told my application was refused and there was still no earlier communication. Another time, even after a technical interview went well and I was told HR would follow up, I never heard anything; the portal later flipped to “position closed” without transparency.

Easy Positive London, England
The process felt surprisingly straightforward from the start. I had an interview that ran for roughly half an hour, and the atmosphere was friendly and polite. The interviewer came across as approachable, and the conversation stayed light rather than being heavy on deep technical digging.
There were very few technical questions overall, so the time mostly didn’t feel like a stress test. I left the interview feeling positive and it matched the general vibe of the company better than I expected. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was still genuinely good.
