Difficult Positive Cyprus

I found the questions genuinely challenging, and the content skewed toward core CS topics. The questions weren’t framed as casual practice—OOP concepts came up alongside arrays, search trees, and data structures. The level made it feel like they expected me to be comfortable reasoning through classic fundamentals rather than just running through a single coding pattern.

The technical nature of the round meant I had to stay focused on problem-solving depth, not just syntax. Even with the difficulty, the conversations didn’t feel unclear; it was more that the bar was high.

Average Negative United States

I started with a recruiter phone screen that immediately felt messy. I agreed on a time, but the recruiter didn’t show up. A few days later she apologized and said something came up, and we rescheduled.

We picked another set date and time, and then it happened again—the recruiter didn’t call. It was hard not to be frustrated, because even a simple technical screen should’ve been straightforward to coordinate. The technical work never really got underway; what stood out most was how little respect I felt for my time during the scheduling mix-up, which honestly left a bad impression early on.
