After a first conversation with a manager and a team member by phone, my interviews shifted into an on-site day that moved fast but felt structured. I went through four technical interview rounds on site, and there was a lunch interview in between where I spoke with people from a mix of teams, not just the immediate group.

The on-site itself came across as thorough. There was also a panel component that took place during the day, and then I had follow-up one-on-one conversations with individuals drawn from that panel. Between the rounds, I felt like I was being evaluated across multiple perspectives, and I also appreciated that I had time to ask questions. At one point it was explicitly encouraged that I come prepared with thoughtful questions, which made it feel less like a trap and more like a genuine two-way conversation.
