Easy Positive United States

My early experience with Vertiv felt fast and fairly lightweight. I heard back from the recruiter the day after applying to get an interview scheduled, and they were quick to answer questions. The first steps felt focused on alignment rather than deep probing—more about fit and logistics than testing.

Across the flow I went through, the pattern was similar: initial CV/recruitment-style screening, then an HR conversation. In my case, the technical portion came after that, led by a function-side person, and it included practical items like availability, salary range discussions, and English proficiency. The whole thing moved over a short window—around a few weeks at most—and the interviews felt relaxed.

Difficult Positive India

After the recruiter call, the process moved into technical interviews pretty quickly, but they still felt serious. I ended up doing a technical screen where I had to share my screen and build some logic live, then walk through what I’d built while the interviewer asked follow-ups. The experience was hands-on: they were looking closely at how I approached the problem rather than just whether I knew buzzwords.

What stood out to me was how tightly the questions were connected to my background. One interviewer started by pointing back to the project I’d mentioned and then asked a lot of Python-focused questions framed around that same work. Even though it was challenging, I could tell what he was trying to verify, and I wasn’t just being thrown generic prompts.
