Average Positive Dublin, Dublin

After applying on LinkedIn, I heard back pretty quickly. A recruiter reached out to schedule an online assessment on HackerRank, and the first part had two coding questions plus SQL questions, followed by technical MCQs. A few days later I did a technical interview online, and then there was an HR discussion round where salary and benefits came up.

Across the technical parts, the focus felt like Java fundamentals plus data and communication around the way I work. I remember having conversations that blended my past projects with the kind of technical checks they wanted, and at the end there was a more formal HR step with a clear salary/compensation agenda.

Easy Neutral Dublin, Dublin

My experience with Version 1 felt unusually light on the technical side. I ended up in a group-style interview where there were a few small tasks, but the whole point seemed more about personality, teamwork, and the overall vibe than deep coding or systems questions.

In another attempt, I had a casual chat with a handful of people where the technical piece was extremely basic—something I could answer just by speaking abstractly. That round felt like it was checking how I came across rather than whether I could do the job in a rigorous way.
