My journey with Version 1 stretched out over months rather than wrapping up quickly. I started with a recruiter-style call with an acquisition manager and then moved into a personality test before meeting people in more personal interview rounds. After that, there were additional interviews on top of that, including negotiation conversations with HR, and the overall pace made it feel like a structured, drawn-out process rather than a single assessment day.

What stood out to me was the professional tone. Even when it took a while, it felt handled in a fairly careful way—one recruiter call in particular was described to me as being very helpful and dedicated to making sure both sides’ concerns were addressed. In at least one phase, the company even involved travel to Dublin and covered accommodations, which made the process feel serious and intentional rather than casual.
