I started with a recruiter contact and then moved into a smooth, well-coordinated sequence of rounds. Communication and scheduling felt professional, and the process was paced in a way that didn’t leave me guessing. I went through early screening steps that eventually led to a structured interview where the tone was friendly and professional, with interviewers who seemed genuinely willing to answer questions.
My experience also included assessment work before or as part of the interview flow. I had a quick test and then more of a conversational interview style afterward; the hardest part wasn’t technical grilling so much as staying clear and organized in how I explained my background and how I worked in a fast-paced environment. Behavioral topics came up repeatedly, including how I’d operate in a team setting and how I approach situations under time pressure.

I ended up going through a longer, very involved interview journey than I expected. After an initial screening, I moved into interviews with multiple people separately, each conversation lasting anywhere from about 10 to 30 minutes, and the format gradually escalated from peers toward higher-level leadership. I was nervous walking in, and it actually helped that the sequence increased in seniority over time—it made the pace feel more manageable even though the questions started feeling repetitive.
There were also written or test components that came before the live conversations, including a small exam that was used to kick things off during the later rounds. The interviews themselves were mostly behavioral, but I could still feel that they were trying to probe how I thought and how I explained reasoning. One question asked about rating the risk factors in a commercial automobile context, and it was more about my reasoning and attention to detail than memorized answers.
