My process dragged on for about two months, but it was one of the more transparent experiences I had with how things were progressing. A recruiter reached out first, then about a week later I did a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, the following week brought a big panel round—around seven one-on-one conversations with team members and different managers, all without presentation.

After I got through the panel, I received good feedback and they arranged a site tour the next week. Then it moved into references: I waited another week, provided references, and then the offer was sent up for HQ approval. A week later, the offer was approved and I accepted. After that, there was a background check and then onboarding, with the recruiter staying in the loop throughout.
