I remember getting a prep guide ahead of time, and the interview really emphasized laying out the solution and mapping steps before starting to code.
By the time I got to the virtual onsite, the format felt structured and professional. It was split across two technical conversations and one behavioral round. The whole vibe was that they’re thoughtful and organized, and they communicate well throughout, but the bar to pass seemed high. Even with a smooth experience and good preparation, it felt like they were very selective about the level of execution they expected.

On the onsite, I saw a mix of technical and non-technical work: coding, behavioral, and system design all showed up in the sequence. One round in particular leaned into system design and backend concepts, including distributed systems alongside hands-on coding.
What stood out most was how guided everything felt. The recruiter stayed communicative throughout, giving context on what the team was looking for and helping me navigate the timing. In my case, when I didn’t do great in the initial live technical screen because I had brain fog, the team still worked with me and moved me forward to a live coding assignment where I was able to pass. After that, I continued through the full loop and also spoke with a hiring manager to confirm team fit.
