I went through a longer, thought-provoking process that stretched across multiple steps—there were five total, and I made it to the fourth. By that point, I wasn’t really sure how many other people were being considered alongside me, which was one of the hardest parts emotionally. The interviews themselves felt intentional, but the uncertainty around where I stood added a lot of stress.
I also walked in with the mindset that getting to later rounds didn’t automatically mean an offer, and that ended up being the case here. The overall experience felt reasonable as a process, but I wish they had been clearer about my position in the funnel. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, and I left feeling like I’d given a lot of time for a result that could’ve been a lot more transparent.
