My process started when the company came to my campus for recruitment. I first took an online test, and depending on the cutoff I either moved on immediately or got pulled into more rounds. After that, the next step was a group discussion, and then the schedule ramped up into two technical rounds followed by a one-hour round, before wrapping with HR.
The technical rounds felt a bit tough compared to the initial screen, and the overall difficulty level stayed on the higher side for me. Even so, the flow of the process was pretty structured, and it was clear how candidates were filtered from round to round.

This was my first time going through a Valuelabs interview process, and it felt cool and pretty simple compared to what I’d expected. The core message I left with was that they’d check thinking capability more than anything else, and that I needed to be thorough with basic fundamentals—especially around C language concepts.
The description I had of the process matched the idea that the rounds weren’t trying to trick me with obscure material. It was more about how I reasoned and how confidently I could talk through fundamentals.
