My experience was defined less by the technical content and more by coordination. I was contacted by HR and they scheduled my first technical round quickly, even arranging it for a Sunday afternoon. I passed that round and then, because they were moving fast, we tried to schedule the next round for the same day in the evening.
What threw me off was that nobody from their side showed up for the next scheduled interview. I waited, then the recruiter reached out again and we rescheduled for the same day once more. That second time also had no-show on their side, and after that I fell into a loop of silence—no proper updates, no clear recovery plan, just missed communication.

I had a comparatively lighter experience overall, and the biggest emphasis for me was performance during the group discussion round. The environment felt informal and easy going, but the expectation in the GD was clear: I needed to come across well and show solid fundamentals.
When it came to the interview mechanics, the process also required the usual live setup—camera on and screen sharing during rounds—so even when the vibe felt relaxed, I still had to stay technically present and responsive. I walked out feeling like preparation around basic concepts mattered a lot.
