My experience started with virtual interviews and then quickly turned into a frustrating stretch of silence. I did a technical interview by video call with a technical lead and people from the team, with HR and resources human involved in the same interview. After that, I expected follow-up calls, but what I got was intermittent contact at best—eventually they stopped calling entirely.
In the end, I never received a clear accept or reject update, even after investing significant time and effort. I had completed multiple rounds, including a face-to-face step for one part of the overall loop, and I remember how much time and money it cost me to show up and participate. What really stuck with me was the lack of basic communication afterward.

Difficult Positive Thiruvananthapuram
I went through a process that emphasized cloud topics like AWS more than the full-stack side. Even though the job description suggested equal importance for Node.js and React along with AWS, the interviewer I had was less focused on the Node/React angle and mostly kept the conversation grounded in AWS-related thinking.
My overall experience also had a conflicting vibe: the process itself felt straightforward and the interaction I had with the person interviewing me was genuinely pleasant, especially given how quickly things moved. Still, between the role mismatch feeling and the way the technical focus landed, I didn’t end up with an offer. The clearest takeaway for me was that the evaluation focus didn’t perfectly match what the role advertised.
