This process was the most frustrating one I’ve had, mostly because of what happened after I invested so much time. I completed four rounds of interviews, including a face-to-face interview. I spent real effort and money to get through each stage, expecting that at the end there would at least be a clear update.

Instead, the HR team stopped responding entirely. Calls and emails just went silent after the final round, with no rejection message and no outcome communicated. Being rejected would’ve been completely manageable, but the ghosting after multiple rounds and an in-person interview felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
