Easy Positive Thiruvananthapuram

I went through an HR round and then a technical round, and the overall vibe was more communication- and networking-aware than deeply algorithmic. The HR questions were described as basic, and the technical portion focused on networking concepts, with communication coming up as something they cared about.

The role itself was framed as cloud support, which influenced the way the questions landed. I walked into it expecting more typical developer-style problems, but the emphasis felt different—less about coding puzzles and more about knowing the fundamentals in the cloud/support space and expressing myself clearly. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt calm and straightforward, and the structure matched what they said the role required.
