I had what felt like a pretty smooth, low-stress interview process. After an initial conversation with HR, the rest of it moved along in a straightforward way and I didn’t get the sense that anything was meant to be intimidating. The vibe was friendly and professional, and the people interviewing me seemed comfortable just talking through my background.

The later steps were mostly focused on basic programming and problem-solving, and a portion leaned on resume and experience. I remember getting a technical test after the recruiter/HR touchpoint, with questions that felt fair and grounded in fundamentals. I also had an interview round that was essentially high-level, prewritten questions tied to what I had listed on my resume, and it was just about an hour long with multiple interviewers taking turns, with one person doing most of the speaking.
