I applied through a referral and ended up with a sequence of video interviews that felt straightforward and well organized. The first round was a recruiter conversation where we went over my background and why I was interested in the role. It was easy to follow, and I felt like I could clearly explain the through-line of my experience.

The final step was a panel interview with three hiring managers. That round leaned heavily behavioral, with questions focused on teamwork, problem solving, and past situations. I used the structure I was comfortable with to tell my stories, but what stuck with me afterward was that I could’ve expanded more—some of my examples didn’t get quite as detailed as they probably could have.
