I applied and then moved into a quick video-based sequence with two rounds. The recruiter interview was smooth and mostly about my background and what I wanted from the role. The final stage was a panel interview with three hiring managers, and that one stayed largely behavioral.

They pulled on themes like teamwork and problem solving, and they wanted past examples rather than abstract opinions. I knew I had the right stories, but looking back I realized I could’ve been more detailed about my examples instead of keeping them a bit concise. The questions felt professional and grounded in how I’d worked with others, how I’d handled challenges, and how I’d communicate in practice.

I kept the early process online, and it ended up being pretty light-touch. I had a single online interview where the questions weren’t too difficult, and overall it felt like a great experience. I walked away feeling like it was mostly about how I thought and how I fit rather than some intense technical test.

Because the format was virtual, it was easy to get scheduled, but part of me also felt like an in-person setting might have been better for how I like to communicate. Still, the interview itself stayed calm, and the questions didn’t feel like a barrier.
