Easy Positive Tokyo

It took about four weeks from the first recruiter contact to receiving an offer. The whole interview set was only four meetings, and they were all online except the HR component.

The first conversation was with the hiring manager, then I did two technical interviews with members of the team I’d be joining, and finally I met the team lead/boss. Everything moved in a friendly, professional atmosphere, and the technical interviews felt like genuine discussions rather than traps.

Easy Negative Singapore

I was contacted by a recruiter who framed me as a strong match and moved quickly to scheduling, even saying the team wanted to finish interviews that week. The messaging around the role felt casual too, with claims that technical skills weren’t central because training would be provided and that there wasn’t really preparation needed.

During the interview, though, it quickly shifted: they brought up a lack of recent professional experience using Unity and treated that as a concern. Afterward, communication fell apart—there was radio silence for two weeks even though the recruiter had said they’d get back to me.
