My round 2 interview ended up being one of the worst experiences I’d had. I was asked to show up in their London office, and I even had to pay over £100 on the train just to make it there. Communication felt completely broken from the start—no one inside the office had my email, and the person who was supposed to handle updates went on holiday, leaving me unable to contact anyone for about a week before the interview.
When I arrived outside the office, they called about an hour before the scheduled time and canceled it. Then one of the two interviewers scheduled for the round was sick, which I only found out after the fact. I pushed to reschedule for that same day, but the whole setup still felt misaligned: they brought in a replacement who hadn’t really read what the role was, and the other interviewer also seemed unprepared for what I had applied to. The questions were framed like an internship screen, but they were surprisingly advanced—things like CI/CD concepts—while I was also expecting something that matched the job description.

Difficult Positive Airoli
I applied for a contract-based role tied to an MSBI profile, and the process moved in two rounds. The first was an online test centered on SQL and Power BI. After that, I went to a face-to-face interview in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
The in-person interview included a lot of tricky questioning, and it stood out that many candidates showed up for interviews for different profiles—over twenty people in the same flow. By the time I finished, I was left waiting for feedback from the consultancy that had referred me, but I never received an update even after following up.
