There wasn’t really an interview at all. I went through an on-campus recruitment flow where selection was based on CGPA only, at a tier 1 college in Delhi.
The same kind of cutoff was used across multiple roles, including SDE 1, product development, and even business analyst positions. They selected a large number of students—more than 100—using that academic metric.

Average Neutral New Delhi
As a fresher, I found the interview experience tough but still manageable. I felt like the overall process required more than I was used to, and the difficulty showed up in how hard the questions felt compared to what I expected.
I was able to answer, but not without pressure, and once it ended I couldn’t shake the feeling that it could have gone better. I didn’t get an offer, and the reflection I was left with was that the effort I put in wasn’t quite enough to make the performance feel confident from start to finish.
