Average Neutral Pleasant Prairie, WI

My first step was an HR interview that was behavioral. The questions were pretty standard, like why the company, what my strengths and weaknesses were, and similar topics that establish how I think and how I work.

After that, I waited about two weeks to hear back. The next stage seemed like it would be an on-site interview at their headquarters, based on how they described the flow.

It was a multi-step process, and one thing I noticed immediately was how they treated me with kindness and respect. Even though it took multiple stages, the interactions didn’t feel harsh or intimidating.

In the second round, they asked a lot of job-specific questions, which made it more real and more targeted. They also gave a sales profile exam prior to the interview, so there was an expectation to perform on a sales-leaning assessment even though the interview itself was broader than sales alone.
