My process felt more rigorous than average and stretched across many steps, with total time around a few weeks. It began with an online HackerRank test, then moved through multiple rounds that combined technical questioning and deeper discussions. In total, I ended up facing six rounds where the structure started with coding, shifted into technical interviews, and then added stakeholder-style conversations—there was even a discussion involving Sales leadership and another with a VP.
The coding portion involved multiple questions and required DSA-level thinking and timely answers. The technical parts weren’t just “solve it and stop”—I was expected to communicate clearly and work within time limits. One round even centered on logic and knowledge checks specific to UiPath Studio and how things fit together, not just generic programming.

Average Positive Bengaluru
I experienced a more UiPath-product-heavy technical flow. The interview sequence had two core technical rounds: the first tested knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and logical thinking, while the second leaned into scenario-based questions tied to how things work in practice.
The first round felt like it wanted to verify my familiarity with the tooling and how I’d reason about problems in that ecosystem, not just whether I could solve abstract programming exercises. The second round then pushed me to think through situations and explain how I would approach them.
