My process started unusually smooth and ended up going far enough that I thought I was essentially done. I received verbal and email confirmation of an intended offer, and HR walked me through the compensation package. I also submitted identification and onboarding documentation and was told that the relevant internal system approvals had been completed.
After that, everything stalled. The hiring was later stopped due to an internal hiring freeze, which was initially framed like a routine role review that would take only a few weeks. Instead, I waited for months with little signal before the cancellation finally came. Even though I understood business conditions can change, it was disappointing to have something unwind after so much time and effort from both sides.

Average Positive Wrocław
I went through a pretty straightforward process for a junior software engineering role. First I filled out online forms focused on general fit. After that, I had a technical interview on Teams where there was no live coding at all—I mainly walked through my past experience, the technologies I’d worked with, and how I would approach a given problem scenario.
Once the technical discussion ended, it moved directly into a manager interview. That final step was essentially a decision round, and the overall feel was uncomplicated and to the point. I didn’t get the impression that the process was trying to be overly complex; it was structured and moved along quickly after the initial screening.
