Average Negative London, England

I was initially contacted about a potential interview, but after that first outreach the process just stalled. I reached out to HR to clarify what was happening and to get the conversation moving again, and then I was left with no follow-up at all.

What bothered me most wasn’t just the lack of progress, it was how little communication I received after I had shown interest and acted promptly. I ended up feeling like the process didn’t treat me professionally, and the silence left me disappointed rather than curious about the role. I never got an offer and never received a clear outcome, which ultimately made it hard to take the company’s process seriously.

Easy Negative Milan

The process started with HR, then moved into interviews with management, and it quickly felt messy and repetitive. I had multiple conversations that kept circling back to why I wanted to transition into project management, even though my background was already closely related. At times it felt less like a professional discussion about my experience and more like an interrogation of my motivation.

Scheduling and coordination were a recurring problem. Interview times got reshuffled, notices came with very short lead time, and there were moments where calls didn’t even happen as planned. I also ran into the awkward situation where HR seemed to be absent from parts of the sequence, which meant I ended up repeating the same information more than once. Over several weeks I kept following up for updates, but communication lagged and recruiters were slow to respond.
