Difficult Neutral Charlotte, NC

My interviews were set up to be fully virtual and fairly multi-stage, with multiple rounds and multiple people across the team. What surprised me most was how little feedback I got along the way, even when I was waiting between steps.

The process felt difficult mainly because the communication around decisions wasn’t very forthcoming. I kept thinking I’d hear something more clearly after each round, but updates were rare unless I actively reached out. Everything moved forward in pieces, but the final direction didn’t become obvious without persistence.

Average Positive Charlotte, NC

My interview process was three rounds, with the final one being a super day. Overall it felt relatively easy, and the questions leaned mostly behavioral. The super day also included a case study, which made the last stage feel more applied than the earlier conversations.

The first interview was with HR, then I had a second round with someone directly in the field. For the super day, it was a blend—behavioral questions alongside the case work—so I had to balance explaining my approach with thinking through a written scenario.
