Average Positive London, England

I went through a pretty structured, multi-stage loop. It started with an HR conversation where we covered broad background and role fit, and it also included a few quick, basic technical check-ins. After that, I had a tech screen that felt more like problem-solving than memorization: I worked through an easy LeetCode-style question, talked through OOP and data structures, and then ended with an open-ended technical problem.

Next came the coding interview rounds. I was asked two LeetCode questions, with time spent discussing time and space complexity as I worked through the thinking. The last technical part combined coding with system design: I handled a LeetCode question first, then moved into a system design discussion where system design wasn’t as heavily emphasized as it would be for more senior levels. I finished with a culture-focused interview that was centered on my past experiences.

Easy Positive London, England

I had a relatively easy, straightforward path. I received an email for a meeting well before the day of the interview, so I had time to prepare. The overall process felt good in terms of how clearly they communicated what was happening.

The questions were light technical prompts rather than deep system questions. I remember being asked fizz buzz, and I was able to pass that and move through.
