Average Positive Copenhagen, Capital Region

My interview felt more informal than I expected. I talked with people in different roles—peers, a manager, a country manager, and HR—so the conversations weren’t all coming from the same angle. The process still felt standard overall, but HR had a few oddly specific, somewhat comical questions that caught me off guard.

Even with those surprises, the experience stayed friendly, and it was handled in a timely manner. I didn’t get an offer, but it was one of the smoother interactions I had in terms of communication and responsiveness. Looking back, the weird little HR questions were memorable, yet they didn’t derail the overall vibe.

Average Neutral Manila, Manila

The interview I went through felt quite easy. They mostly asked about my resume and my background in college, and there wasn’t much technical questioning described in the conversation. It felt geared toward fresh grads, and the location was easy to get to.

I didn’t get an offer. Even so, the experience was pleasant and low-pressure, and the biggest takeaway was that the screen seemed more about general fit and background than deep technical proof.
