After I spoke with HR, the process hinged on whether I’d get an assignment. HR reviewed me first, and once that went well I received a take-home to complete, with only three days to finish it. That timeline felt tight enough that I focused hard on turning around the work quickly rather than over-polishing.
Once my assignment was in, HR coordinated the rest of the steps. I ended up interviewing with hiring and sales managers, and each session followed a similar rhythm: they asked questions, and we worked through my background and fit. At the end of each discussion, I had time to ask questions back, which helped me understand what they expected day to day.

I went through a five-round sequence that started with the hiring manager and then moved up through sales leadership. First, I spoke with the hiring manager, then I had a conversation with the regional director of sales. After that, I met with a sales rep, and that step helped me gauge how I would collaborate day to day.
A key element for me was what was described as a potential panel presentation and take-home component, which felt like the hardest swing of the process because it required me to prepare beyond just talking through my experience. After that, the final round was with a VP of customer engineering, which wrapped the loop by connecting my fit to how the role would operate at a higher level.
