Difficult Positive Pasig City

I joined an online interview that ran on Microsoft Teams and wrapped up in about half an hour. It was a panel setup with multiple people, and they mostly skipped the usual social icebreakers so the conversation stayed tightly technical. They went straight into questions meant to test my confidence and comfort answering under discussion, and I felt the whole time was really centered on my technical background rather than broader story-telling.

There wasn’t much time to settle in or steer the chat toward anything peripheral. By the end, it felt clear they were checking how I think and communicate when the questions get technical, and how sure I sound while answering. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience did make my strengths and weaknesses in the technical parts feel very visible.

Easy Positive Taipei

My process started with a Codility coding assessment online with three problems, two marked easy and one medium. After that, I moved into a technical-and-team matching panel with three people. The flow began with a quick self-introduction, then shifted into live coding on a whiteboard, and the rest leaned on behavioral questions. A lot of it focused on past projects and how I’d worked and collaborated, including dynamics with classmates.

Once the technical portion was done, I had an HR interview that felt more like a fit conversation. We talked about my behavioral traits and cultural alignment, and it included salary expectations and compensation details. Even though everything was fairly structured, it still felt like the panel wanted both competence and clarity in how I described teamwork.
