I went into the process expecting something stressful, but it ended up feeling pretty manageable. I had a first hour-long interview where it was roughly half behavioral and half technical. The behavioral portion followed the usual track—standard questions—and the technical part stayed pretty basic. There wasn’t any coding, and the format felt straightforward.

After that, I had a second round in person. Nothing major was different in terms of approach: there still wasn’t a real “coding interview” on the calendar, and the technical questions stayed at a basic level again. It was mostly more standard technical discussion rather than deep dives. The whole vibe was comfortable, and the person I spoke with made it feel less nerve-wracking than I’d assumed. Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the process itself felt fair and low-drama, which honestly made the waiting afterward feel less brutal than it could’ve been.

I only went through one interview round, and it was pretty easy to follow from start to finish. Most of the time was behavioral—questions meant to get to know me and understand how I’d work with a team. After that, there were a few technical questions focused on testing and my GitHub, but there wasn’t any coding during the session. The vibe felt like they were primarily assessing communication and fundamentals rather than running a live coding exercise. I ended up not getting an offer, but the experience itself was simple, clear, and not intimidating.
