I applied and the process moved quickly from July 13 to August 6, and the vibe felt genuinely friendly throughout. After a short recruiter call (about 20 minutes), I had a written test that took around two hours focused on proofreading files. Then I joined an online interview with the hiring manager and a department lead for a 50-minute discussion where the questions stayed relatively easy and aligned with the role.
The final step was an in-person interview that lasted about 40 minutes. I felt comfortable answering everything, and the overall experience had a smooth, low-pressure feel. Even with the positive interaction, I didn’t end up receiving an offer, which was a bit disappointing because the process itself felt easy.

Easy Positive United States
I went through a very straightforward sequence. After applying via LinkedIn, I had a phone interview with the recruiter that ran under 30 minutes. A bit later, I joined a Zoom conversation with my direct manager and then another Zoom round with upper management, which lasted about 40 minutes.
The interviews felt smooth and the expectations were clear enough that I didn’t feel like I was guessing where I stood. After that second Zoom call, an offer was extended. Even though the role fit wasn’t the only factor, the quick progression and positive momentum made the whole thing feel much less stressful than I expected.
