My process was pretty compact and centered on conversations rather than deep dives. It began with a phone call that functioned like a quick screen: basic qualification questions about the role and whether I matched the general requirements. After that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager where the questions became more detailed around my experience and skills.
The topics themselves weren’t unusual, but the interview felt slightly off because of the way the manager controlled the pacing. The conversation kept shifting toward them talking instead of letting me ask what I wanted, and the whole thing was capped at about 30 minutes, so time ran out while I still hadn’t had much room to balance the flow.

Easy Positive United States
My experience started with an intro call that felt smooth and genuinely focused on the role. I got an email link for assessment questions and heard back quickly about next steps. When I was contacted about more rounds, I expected the usual progression into deeper interviews.
Instead, I ended up getting filtered out around the middle. I completed a criteria cognitive/personal style test after a screening, but then the communication stopped and I never received further scheduling or feedback. In another stage, I did a phone screen where the questions were heavily negative-behavior focused—conflict resolution, times I disagreed with clients, and what negative feedback I’d received—rather than anything that felt directly connected to sales experience.
