I had an initial meeting that really stood out as positive—I was excited about the team and felt like I could hit the ground running. The process moved toward a final interview, and after that I ended up waiting a long time.
It took more than three months after the final interview, and the recruiter eventually told me they were going in another direction. A few weeks later I saw the same job posting again, but the delay and the explanation left a bad taste, so I didn’t want to go through reapplying.

The interview experience was the opposite of what I’d expect from a well-run process. I joined a conference call that felt low quality and unprofessional, and it started with HR not seeming knowledgeable about what was supposed to happen. The call also felt rushed—there wasn’t much time for me to ask questions, and the overall interaction gave me a sense that I wasn’t being handled with respect.
Because the process felt so poorly coordinated, the difficulty level wasn’t the only issue—it was that the process itself didn’t feel like it was designed to evaluate me fairly. It was a very short, frustrating experience that made it hard to take the next steps seriously.
