My process kicked off with a recruiter call where we covered my background and the next steps. Not long after, I had a technical coding screen that leaned into frontend-style problem solving. The questions didn’t feel like a rote checklist; they were framed to get into component work and how I’d approach building something.

Next came an onsite-style loop with multiple rounds packed into about a couple of days. I had a coding round again that stayed frontend-heavy, followed by a manager conversation and a system design discussion. There were also behavioral questions mixed in across the onsite, including a behavioral round with a director. Overall it felt like a full “day of evaluation” rather than just one technical moment.
